Conference Agenda & Excursions
As we add new offerings for excursions for you and your family, you will find detailed information by clicking the image above. From trolly tours to visits to Tryon Palace, New Bern has something for everyone. We encourage you to “Try On” everything New Bern has to offer while you are here! Registration for excursions will also occur through conference registration on DACdb; this area just provides detailed information on each excursion.
Plan Your Trip
The Bridgepointe Hotel & Marina is located just across the river from the New Bern Conference Center. Walk across the bridge or drive the short 0.5 miles to attend the conference. There is still an active room block available at the Bridgepointe. The price is the most affordable of all of the lodging blocks and the rooms are finishing brand new renovations right now! You must call and mention Rotary District Conference to book.
The DoubleTree room block is completely full. If you would like to book here, you will have to book at the standard rate they are offering. The DoubleTree is a short walk to the conference center where our conference events will be held.
The Marriott room block is completely full. If you would like to stay at the Marriott, you will have to reserve your room at their regular nightly rate. The Marriott is a short walk to the conference center where all of our conference events will take place. It is located directly next to a beautiful waterfront park and is also situated directly on the water for beautiful river views. **Blocked rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are HIGHLY encouraged to book your room as quickly as possible to guarantee your stay at your preferred hotel.
